I own four vehicles that Schottenkirk services. For regular maintenance, Paige recognizes you by name every time I come in for service. Even if not there for regular maintenance, she still says hello and asks how you are doing. For repairs I always go to Trina. Again she’s friendly and takes care of my vehicle’s needs. Always a pleasure and always treat me fair.

They are crooks. They rush you when you are just browsing and don't let you get opinions. They recognize when you have no idea what you are doing, then take full advantage of you. Then when you realize your mistake, they lie to you and act like you can't turn back when titles haven't even been signed. Don't go here unless you want to be taken full advantage of.

The staff at Kia make the process seem almost effortless. You are there for quite sometime due to paperwork, but everyone is so personable that its okay-not stressful. I do believe that Dakota did an awesome job. When you are investing money into a large purchase, you need someone that is knowledgeable and that genuinely is trying to help you. Overall very pleased with service. Last oil change the air filter cover was improperly replaced causing a loud induction roaring noise on acceleration. I returned and the problem was corrected.

I go to Shottenkirk Chevrolet to get my repairs done because they know what they are doing. In addition to that, I am a lone woman and many businesses will take advantage of that as far as pricing and stating more repairs are needed than what the case really is.
